LegalVault was a legal-AI venture, co-founded in 2024, built to bring agentic systems to legal work. Its life as an independent company was short by design: in 2025 it merged into CorporateVault, the corporate-services line now owned by Kamino Corporation.

Kamino’s mandate includes autonomous systems “applied to entity management, compliance, administration, and operational overhead” — exactly the ground LegalVault was working. The merger folded an early, focused bet into a larger and still-active effort rather than ending it.
